The acclaimed Luxury Dining Series by Marriott International’s Luxury Group returns for its highly anticipated second edition from July to September 2025 expanding its showcase of global culinary excellence under the theme ‘Forgotten Flavors’. This multi-city regional journey will spotlight ancient ingredients and long-lost culinary traditions reimagined for the modern palate. Featuring seven iconic properties including The St. Regis Osaka JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa The Ritz-Carlton Perth The St. Regis Singapore The St. Regis Jakarta and The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The series brings together world-renowned culinary and mixology talents to create immersive destination-specific gastronomic experiences.
Representing India JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is the only property in the country chosen to host this exclusive series marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the country’s luxury dining landscape and strengthening Marriott’s presence in India’s premium culinary scene.
Building on The St. Regis Mumbai’s landmark participation in the inaugural 2024 edition this year the spotlight shifts to the breathtaking landscapes of Nandi Hills. JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa an exquisite retreat nestled within a championship golf course will host this culinary celebration from July 31 to August 3 2025. Renowned for its serene ambiance and unparalleled guest experiences the resort offers the perfect setting for India’s distinguished showcase in this year’s Luxury Dining Series.
The India chapter will present a meticulously curated series of events that seamlessly blend theatrical flair with profound culinary storytelling. Every experience is thoughtfully crafted to awaken nostalgia revive forgotten traditions and offer innovative perspectives through exquisite food bespoke beverages and inspired design. Guests will be immersed in a sensory journey — from lavish royal banquets and enchanting garden soirées to elegant lakeside brunches progressive dine-arounds and exclusive cocktail collaborations that stand alongside the world’s finest bars.
July 31 | Daawat-e-Aaleeshan
Hosted in the regal setting of Aaleeshan this evening is a tribute to Awadhi cuisine’s royal legacy. Crafted by Master Chef Riyaz Ahmed the experience revives centuries-old recipes traditional techniques and freshly ground spices in an elegant setting filled with live melodies and graceful hospitality.
July 31 – August 1 | JW Garden – Inspired Soirée
Under the stars at The Aviary Chef Neeraj Rawoot will present a farm-to-table menu inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Featuring produce harvested from the resort’s own JW Garden the evening will unfold in a storybook setting with botanical centerpieces live acoustic music and whimsical flair.
August 1 – 2 | Lazy Lakeside Brunch
At EAST a Four-Hands collaboration will bring together resident Chef Saiful Agam and Chef Vu Van Thien (Jackie) of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives. Together they will reinterpret EAST’s Korean-Japanese-Cantonese menu through a soulful lens featuring slow-grilled Korean BBQ refined omakase techniques and comforting Cantonese flavours. The experience will be elevated with nature-inspired cocktails and thoughtful details like a handmade bonsai gift.
August 1 – 2 | Shaken & Stirred: A 50 Best Bar Collaboration
At Vista Bar Beverage Manager Kuldeep Rawat will join forces with Simone Ciambrone of The Bvlgari Bar Tokyo—ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars. The two will craft a curated menu of signature cocktails that showcase their distinct approaches: bold Indian craftsmanship and refined Tokyo precision.
August 2 | The Five Elements Dinner – Dine Around
In this immersive dine-around experience five chefs—Neeraj Rawoot Riyaz Ahmed Saiful Agam Vu Van Thien and Santosh Rawat—will each take on one of the five elements: earth water fire air and space. Guests will move across uniquely designed spaces throughout the resort with each course offering a blend of flavor philosophy and visual storytelling.
August 3 | The Great Getaway Brunch
To close the series The Aviary will host a relaxed Sunday brunch featuring live grills global culinary stations handcrafted cocktails and live music. Set against panoramic views of Nandi Hills and including exclusive pool access this finale will be the perfect blend of indulgence and escape.
Showcasing a remarkable ensemble of culinary artisans the Luxury Dining Series will celebrate diverse voices united by heritage and a passion for reviving forgotten flavors. Esteemed local and international chefs will craft memorable dining experiences. Chef Neeraj Rawoot Director of Culinary will bring over 20 years of expertise and a commitment to sustainability with creations inspired by the resort’s JW Garden anchoring events like the Garden Soirée and Five Elements Dinner. Indian Master Chef Riyaz Ahmed will honor his four-generation Awadhi legacy through refined traditional recipes at Daawat-e-Aaleeshan. Meanwhile Asian Master Chef Saiful Agam known for Japanese Korean and Cantonese cuisines will collaborate with guest chefs at EAST to reinterpret Asian classics with elegance and depth.
Elevating the dessert experience Executive Pastry Chef Santosh Rawat with over 25 years of pastry expertise will craft exquisite desserts inspired by global techniques. Beverage Manager Kuldeep Rawat in collaboration with Tokyo’s Simone Ciambrone will lead the exclusive Shaken & Stirred series delivering innovative and captivating drink experiences. Meanwhile Chef Vu Van Thien formerly of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives will enhance the brunch and dine-around menus with his mastery of Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines. Together this dynamic team creates memorable celebrations of culture craftsmanship and creativity.
