Emotional Support Group

Organizer`s Note: This event is the first of its kind in India. Unfortunately, it has been copied word from word by a group called Unfilteredx, and now they have removed the brand name from the event. They have even copied the name of event, and have been sending people affiliated with themselves to our event to gain training. This has happened multiple times. Loneliness and lack of support causing you to quiet quit on life? Are you skating by just doing the bare minimum? Stress and burnout at work are making it hard to focus? Are relationship issues driving you up the wall? Maybe it`s time for a well-deserved break, and an open discussion with an empathetic coach over a strong cup of joe. I am here to listen, understand and gently support you, before these every day issues become big challenges.

While we aim to provide meaningful support, it`s essential to note that we are not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are in physical danger, or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please seek assistance from a clinic or practitian that deals with these issues.

Remember, you are not alone. Your well-being is paramount, and help is available when needed.

Limited monthly pass tickets available at discounted rates on first Friday of each month.
