This workshop is designed to help you understand and learn the basic techniques of boxing like boxing stance, punches and defence. The session will also involve basic fitness and strength training which is the foundation of boxing. The session instructor is Mr Chandra Kumar B K who has over 25+ years of martial arts training and coaching. His students have achieved medals in inter club, district, state and national level boxing competitions. Students participating in the workshop will get a glimpse into the exciting world of boxing and will get a certificate of participation in the workshop. We expect people who sign up to come in track pant/shorts and t-shirt. Please bring a bottle of water with you.
