Sweat45 Community Class

Join us for SWEAT45 – a high-energy, all-levels group fitness class designed to get your heart pumping and your core fired up! This 45-minute class blends cardio equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements into a fun and functional workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and seriously accomplished.

Led in a supportive, affirming space, SWEAT45 is aimed at the 2SLGBTQIA+ community—but all are welcome, and allies are encouraged to join in. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, you’ll find your pace and your people here.
