About the event

Minds In Motion

MINDS IN MOTION is a 8 week program by the Alzheimer Society, every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm, starting June 4th to July 23rd.

This program helps connect people living with early to moderate signs of dementia & their partners/caregivers through fitness, fun, and friendships. All are welcomed to participate, with or without signs of dementia.

The weekly program includes 45 mins of physical exercise and 45 mins of mentally stimulating activities.

This program is FREE with a SAL Centre membership or $30 registration fee for non-members.

Become a Senior Active Living Centre (SALC) member with a $5 annual fee, gain access to many free events, crafts & activities. Our program is open to all adults, all ages.
