Core Posture Balance is a low impact exercise class designed to improve core strength, posture and balance. With a mixture of mat work, band work, Pilates, yoga, barre, and general conditioning, you’ll leave the class feeling stronger, taller, and mentally and physically rejuvenated.
⭐Who is it suitable for?⭐
It's suitable for any adults of any age and level of fitness. With options given throughout, the exercises can be levelled up or down to suit your individual needs, experience, and fitness.
Whether you are completely new to exercise or whether you're looking for the perfect addition to balance out your existing fitness routine, this class is for you.
