The season opener and first VWT2OC camping event of the year is taking place in May, from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th at Barnstones Caravan and Camping Site, Great Bourton, nr Banbury. All ages are welcome.
Camping pitches are priced at £20 per van per night and the club will provide ONE NIGHT FREE, with no minimum stay required. An additional charge of £4 per night is charged for electric hook up (first come first served so book now to avoid disappointment). Additional nights may be available to book, please enquire with

There are several activities planned for the weekend including:
Friday Evening - Fish & Chips (Fee Payable)
Saturday
- Morning - Free Tea/Coffee & Cake
- 12pm - Club’s Annual General Meeting
- Afternoon - FA Cup Final Live
- Evening - Free BBQ
- Evening till late - Eurovision Song Content Final Live
Sunday Morning - Free Bacon Rolls (get set up for your journey home)
There will also be games and activities taking place for all ages at different times over the weekend, arranged by Helen, the club’s discounts manager, who will also be organising the charity raffle, all donations welcome!
The club’s AGM (Annual General Meeting) is being held inside the main tent on site at 2pm on Saturday 17th May. Everyone is welcome to attend to hear about what the club’s management team has been up to and any plans for the future, as well as the opportunity to give your own input and ideas, as feedback from members is very important.
The vote for which charity the club will support for the next 12 months will also take place at the AGM. If you have any charities that you would like to see listed, please contact Helen beforehand using
