Notice of AGM
The Chipping Warden Village Hall Trust gives notice that the 2025
Annual General Meeting of the Trust will be held in the village hall on Monday 11 August at 7pm sharp.
Items for the agenda, which will be published shortly before the
event, are to be sent to Tom Smith at the address below.
Final details for this event will be published on Saturday 9
August, together with the agenda.
Should any member wish to propose a Notice of Motion, which
must be proposed, and seconded, to be considered at the AGM
please ensure it is received by Tom Smith at the latest midnight
Wednesday 6 August 2025 for inclusion on the agenda.
NO NOTICES OF MOTION WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY.
This meeting is open to all and any contributions and suggestions would be most welcome by the committee.
