Voices of the Classroom

Far too often, the burden of outcomes in our schools is placed solely on teachers and educators. But the real question is: how are we, as a community, showing up to support them?

If we want to reimagine education, we must return to the “it takes a village” mindset. No single classroom, and no single educator, can carry the weight of our future alone.

That’s why we’re creating a space to honor, uplift, and connect with educators outside of the classroom. This happy hour is more than a social it’s a movement to listen, amplify, and design solutions together.

• Listen & amplify: Create a space for educators to openly share their insights, challenges, and ideas.
• Collect insights: Begin gathering feedback that can shape future community-based support for schools.

• Happy Hour Specials – Food and drinks in a casual, relaxed space.
• A chance for teachers to share their voices, stories, anymously through digital tools.
• Community Feedback Wall – A live “idea board” where participants can jot down solutions, requests, and resources.
• Music & Networking – An upbeat atmosphere to connect outside of the classroom.
