VENDORS WANTED - MHI's Community Health and Wellness Day Event

Peace and Blessings! Mazwi Holistic Institute is currently accepting vendors to showcase their products and/or services in the field of holistic health and wellness, as well as singers, dancers, poets, and spoken word artists for our 2nd Community Health and Wellness Day! If you believe you have a product and/or service that would be a good fit for this event please do not hesitate to contact us. Feel free to ask questions about this event to ensure that it is a good fit for your business.

APPLICATION PROCESS: YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FIRST via email to aiAhIGZpc2hlciB8IG1hendpaG9saXN0aWNpbnN0aXR1dGUgISBvcmc= and provide the following information: Name of Business Owner, Name of Business, Product type or Service provided, along with website and/or social media handle. Once recieved, you will recieve a reply email informing you that your request has been approved and that you can register for the event. ** Some vendors may carry similar products but serves a different purpose (i.e both vendors sell body butters and scrubs but one may be all natural and vegan and the other may be for therapeutic purposes then they both will be able to register). We will allow up to 2 vendors with similar products but they cannot be the same.

NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE PRICING: REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE HOST.

VENDOR FEE FOR EVENT: $77.77 which includes - water and snacks during set-up & all vendors keep 100% of proceeds made at event.
