Join BMORE Beautiful for a visit to Hillen Homestead, an urban flower farm in Northeast Baltimore that sells to weddings and florists across the Baltimore/DC metro region. Owner Maya Kosok will start the workshop with a tour of the farm, touching on many topics including annual and perennial varieties, irrigation, W**d and pest management, fertility, and more. We will then move into a flower arranging demo and a make-your-own bouquet activity, including cutting some of your own stems and assembling your own unique, colorful wrapped bouquet.
Please note: no bathroom on site, close-toed shoes recommended, mosquitoes can be fierce so you may want to consider long sleeves and long pants (we'll also have bug spray on hand)
