Spring Equinox: Ecstatic Dance with James Patrick

James Patrick of Ecstatic Dance Baltimore brings the exquisite equinox rhythms. Expect beats designed to get you out of your head, into your heart, and onto the dance floor to move, groove, and release as we call in the new solar season for ourselves and the planet.

This is a compassionate brave space, intended to allow you to drop deeply and listen to what your body needs. The invitation is to let go of jugdement and move and express freely, connecting with your heart and the hearts of others.
