Group drumming fosters connection & belonging. These sessions are skillfully guided to ensure coherence, while individuals are free to express, connect, amplify, & create.
When we we drum we are able to bypass certain parts of the “thinking brain” that inhibit learning and growth. Rhythm-based activities help you subconsciously develop skills of accurate listening, appropriate responding, supporting & amplifying others, and collaborative creation.
tl:dr - It feels good to hit things in rhythm!
Suggested donation $5-$30
No experience necessary
BYO Drums, shakers, and percussive toys - some drums will be provided
Proceeds support St. Luke's Church & the musician
