Second Chance Reentry Resource Fair

The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) will host the 2026 Second Chance Awareness Month Reentry Resource Fair on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Baltimore War Memorial. This free, public event is designed to connect returning citizens, justice-involved individuals, and community members with valuable resources that support successful reentry. Attendees will have access to employment opportunities, job training, educational resources, expungement assistance, housing support, mental health and substance use services, financial wellness information, and more. The event will also feature a clothing closet and opportunities to engage directly with service providers and community partners committed to helping individuals build a strong path forward.
