Reiki Kids class

Sunday August 24th 10am to 1pm.
This workshop is for children to get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki.
Reiki Kids Class includes:
How to do a Reiki self treatment
How to sense, see and feel energy
Reiki 1 attunement for children
How to offer Reiki to others (people, animals, birds, fish etc.)
How to infuse/energize items with Reiki. They will energize their stuffed animal and they will take home crystals that they have energized/infused with Reiki.
How to ground themselves.
How to surround themselves with Reiki energy. (A Reiki bubble or Reiki Armour, we use our intent and imagination
We will go on a "nature walk" (weather permitting) to sense, feel and see the universal energy.
Children bring a stuffed animal that they can energize with Reiki energy.
Parents or grandparents stay in a helping capacity.
Cost: $65.00 — Please bring your own lunch. Includes all class materials, Reiki Kids Manual, Reiki Lineage and a Reiki Kids certificate. Please inform us well in advance of any allergies.
