PREnatal Pelvic Floor Yoga Workshop

This dynamic workshop starts with a presentation and Q&A with Baltimore-based Physical Therapists, Joy Noble and Marlena Allen of Pelvic Pride, specializing in pelvic health, pre- and postpartum physical therapy, orthopedics, dry needling and postpartum corrective exercise. The second half features an informative and rejuvenating pelvic floor-focused yoga flow, with Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Midwifery student, Brielle Weber. Each part will focus on the workings of the pelvic floor, including how to connect, strengthen, and lengthen your innermost core, while properly engaging through visualization, breathwork, and dynamic movements. Anyone who is pregnant, has ever experienced pregnancy, or would simply like to learn more about this topic will benefit from this workshop. Props will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Workshop is $60 per session, or free for Holistic Support Package holders!
