Singing activates the vagus nerve, which create emotional regulation, a sense of connection and well being. That’s why humans have been gathering to sing together since before we could speak. Join us for another evening of singing healing songs from our medicine songbook! We will be celebrating the spring, and melting our spirits into one current of love and gratitude!
