Newtown Edgmont Little League (NELL) is a volunteer-directed, 501(c)(3) non-profit and a proudly chartered Local League of Little League International, the world’s largest organized youth sports organization. NELL’s mission is to instill in their players the value of sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and courage; so that they continue their development as respectful, well-adjusted, strong, and happy children. They accomplish this by engaging the families and residents of Newtown Edgmont to promote a culture where boys and girls aged 4 through 12 of all playing abilities learn to appreciate and love playing the great game of baseball. NELL combines its community landmark status with a storied history to fuel near continuous enhancement to the infrastructure of their complex.
The “Meet The Birds” Series has quickly become one of the most beloved fan experiences not only in Maryland, but the entire country. Our limited ticket release structure and family-friendly setup gives fans a unique and affordable method to meet their favorite former and current sports icons. We will have a professional photographer on site, but you may also take photos with your cell phone!

This is a ticketed event. To enter the section of Jimmy’s where it is being held, you will require a ticket. Children under 2 years old do not require tickets.
