Local Honey Tasting

If you've only ever had honey from a grocery store, your senses are in for a treat! At this event, we will spend an hour working our way through at least six honeys, including seasonal Patterson Park honeys varietal honeys from around the world. Throughout the tasting, we will explore how bees make honey, what can impact the flavors and colors of honey, and how you can support bees in your own neighborhood.

Make sure to grab a beer from Ministry of Brewing before we start and stick around after the tasting to purchase honey!
