Join us for the 2025 Greater Maryland Heart Walk on Saturday, October 4, in Baltimore. The Heart Walk is a powerful, family-friendly event that brings our community together to celebrate heart health, honor survivors, and remember loved ones affected by heart disease and stroke. #MDHeartWalk
