Organized by Counselors in the Community Association (CITCA), GlowFest is more than just an event — it’s a movement to support families and youth impacted by violence, poverty, and mental health struggles. Every dollar raised helps provide free therapy, trauma-informed mentoring, school-based mental health services, and family support resources to those who need it most.
