Shawn Brown of Shawn Brown Yoga & Wellness will take the group through a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class, followed by a mix & mingle

About this Event

Shawn Brown is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Health Coach, and Reiki Provider. She will personally teach a 1 hour vinyasa flow class.

Following class, a Social including 1 Spirit Free Cocktail.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Water Station available for refills.

Participants are welcome to stay beyond Noon for additional food and beverage service.
