Who This Workshop is For:
Therapists, wellness professionals, and space-holders of all gender identities who are seeking a restorative and reflective space with their own sense of grounding, trust, and presence.
Overview:
In the work of supporting others, we’re often expected to steady ourselves—professionally, relationally, and often without acknowledgment. Finding Ground, Tending Roots is a 2-hour in-person workshop for participants learning to slow down, move gently, and reconnect with their own sense of ground—in body and in community.
The session is structured around Root chakra themes—safety, trust, containment—and uses slow yoga, guided meditation, and reflective writing to invite regulation and inner clarity. While the experience is personal, it unfolds in a supportive group setting, where shared presence can offer an additional sense of connection and ease.
No experience with yoga or chakra systems is needed.

This offering is part of a longer arc of work I’m building around group facilitation and somatic care. My focus right now is on developing the space with intention—listening for what feels nourishing, what resonates, and what’s worth returning to.
I want these workshops to be both accessible and deeply valued. Choose the tier that feels right for you: supporting, standard, and solidarity.
