It may just be a regular Tuesday in most of the world, but in New Orleans and all the other places that celebrate Mardi Gras this is FAT TUESDAY! We are going to let the good times roll from 6-9 and then it’s time for bed cause it is actually a work night In Baltimore.
Kicking things off with a Muffaletta Chopped Salad, loaded with all the briny, crunchy goodness you’d expect. Then it’s onto the main event, a dish that’s synonymous with New Orleans… White rice smothered in rich Cajun gravy, with your pick of shrimp and crawfish, chicken, and tofu. We’re wrapping it up with warm bread pudding and a dreamy anglaise sauce, because bread pudding is one of the dishes Amelia makes with her soul…no recipe, just eyeballing ingredients until they feel right.
