Fall Yoga Session @ Cedarcroft

I'm excited to share a fall-focused 5 class session @ Church of the Nativity & Holy Comforter. Think strong, lung-opening flow balanced with long, grounding poses.

BYOP - bring your own props: mat, 2 blocks and a strap. Our space is huge and gorgeous so you'll have plenty of room to spread out.

$90 for all 5 classes. October 23, 30, November 6, 13, & 20. A limited number of la carte drop-ins will be available $22/class.

There is an abundance of parking available in the lot next to the church.
