🎨 Come and paint your own pet to support BARCS at Blue Pitt BBQ!
Let’s paint some pets for BARCStoberfest! Here’s how it works: you send in a photo of your furry friend, and regionally renowned artist and teacher Lauren Carlo will handle all the prep work to create a solid rendering of your pet. During the event, Lauren will guide you step by step to bring your pet portrait to life.🖼️
📸 Be sure to send in your photo at least one week before the event—earlier is always better! The submission deadline is Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Please email your images to

You’ll get to customize your portrait and choose your own colors, making it truly yours to take home! 🐾 Every participant receives a 16" x 20" blank canvas, five primary paint colors, three brushes (small for fine details, medium, and large for broader strokes), an apron, and all the other supplies you’ll need.
