OCTOBER 2025: BODY — Reclaiming the Ancestral Body
We begin by returning to the body as the original archive — a living vessel of memory, lineage, and wisdom. Through movement, somatic mapping, and vocal activation, we awaken ancestral presence in the bones, reconnect with the heart, and reclaim our embodied knowing.
