29th Street AfterSchool Program (Spring Session)
The 29th Street AfterSchool Program is a free, in-person program designed to support students academically, socially, and creatively throughout the spring.
Running January 26 through May 28, this program meets Monday through Thursday, after school until 6:00 p.m., and serves students in grades 4 through 8. Each afternoon is structured to provide a balance of homework support, enrichment, movement, and hands-on learning in a safe, engaging environment.
Participants will have dedicated time for homework and academic support, followed by physical activity and movement, and rotating enrichment experiences that include arts and creativity, technology and research, problem-solving activities, and food-based learning projects. The program is designed to keep students engaged, motivated, and supported while building skills that carry into the classroom and beyond.
This program is hosted at the 29th Street Community Center in partnership with the Bright Future Foundation and is open for the full spring session.
