Somers Open Gardens Day: Tour five private gardens in Somers. See superb coastal, native, vegetable & flower gardens. From 9.30am to 1pm starting at Green Hedges, 71 Tasman Road for maps and entry bands. Then come along to Coolart for a tour of the Coolart Community Garden, Homestead & Wetlands & live music with the fabulous Anna Smyrk. Hear much-loved Melbourne chef and founder of the Kitchen Gardens Foundation, Stephanie Alexander, in conversation with author, gardener and cook, Jaclyn Crupi, at Coolart Observatory from 1.30pm-2.30pm.
