Craic and Calm: The Retreat You Didn’t Know You Needed (But Totally Do)
You could book that budget flight to Spain, sip lukewarm sangria beside a pool full of inflatables, and listen to the neighbours’ karaoke rendition of “Angels” at 2 a.m. Or... you could come to "The Heart of the Glens" Cushendall and find tranquility by the sea and laughter with ladies who just get it!! 20th-22nd June 2025.
Welcome to Craic and Calm — the retreat where laughter meets stillness, and you don’t have to choose between soul food and belly laughs. We’ve lovingly created this space to help you press pause, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to just be (with a cup of tea and someone who gets you).
This isn’t just a getaway — it’s a coming-home-to-yourself, with a side of gentle joy and probably some shared cake. We’ve taken ideas out of group chats and brought them to life: soulful sessions, honest connection, moments of peace, and enough fun to warm your cheeks.
If you’re feeling a little... meh, muddled, overwhelmed or just need a space to breathe again — this is for you. Come as you are. We’ll handle the rest — with open arms, warm laughs, and zero pressure to be “on.”
It’s not just a retreat. It’s the reset your soul ordered. No cooking, no stress—just show up and be held.
