Ancestral Skills course

Step back in time into the life of our prehistoric ancestors!
Learn about the unique world where stone was the centre of everyday life.
Learn how to;-

* Pressure and percussion flaking to make tools.
* Forage for wild plants on the shoreline and use them for food medicine and tool making.
* Pit cooking on the beach
* Delve into fish skin tanning and learn how it can be turned into useable leather.
* Create fibre from wild plants.
* Create natural glues.

Combine your knowledge in preparing and cooking a meal over the camp fire using clay pots and flint blades.Uncover a world that time forgot and see how it will awaken your inner Mesolithic mind!

This is an overnight course where we will all camp out on the seashore and commune around the campfire at the edge of the Irish Sea.
