Or have you tried it out and still feel like you want some help?  Join us at Galway Rock with Patrick Mannato a professional chef coach from Sodexo who has kept his own sourdough starter alive for over 23 years!  That's almost the longest relationship he's ever had!

This is a hands on workshop where you will get to make sourdough recipes in class with a professional coach.  This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more without feeling intimidated.

What You’ll Learn and Make:

How to make, feed, and maintain your sourdough starter while fitting it into your life.

Bake a batch of Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies to enjoy in class, or take home.

Bake a batch of Sourdough Biscuits to enjoy in class, or take home.

Prep a loaf of Sourdough Bread to bake at home the next day.

What’s Included:

? Live demonstrations and hands on learning with all the supplies and ingredients you will need for the 4 sourdough recipes listed above.

? Charcuterie grazing table to snack on throughout the event.

A sourdough starter to take home.

If you attended our previous Sourdough workshop and already have a starter feel free to bring it along to use in class, or swap with others!
