But we’re not stopping at just slurping and sipping! We’ll show you how to dress up your oysters with gourmet toppings (yes, they're as fancy as they sound), and teach you how to shuck like a pro—so you can impress your friends at your next dinner party. 🦪✨

Your ticket includes a welcome glass of Saratoga Sparkling to enjoy while you graze our dreamy cocktail-hour spread. Then, we’ll dive into the main event: a guided tasting of oysters + wine that will leave you feeling like you’ve just spent the afternoon seaside.
