Tuesday 10am Indoor Walking Group & Cuppa in Ballarat Badminton Stadium

Residents 35 and over are encouraged to meet at the Badminton Stadium every Tuesday morning for a slip-free, in-door walk.
The Ken Kay Badminton Stadium on Dowling Street (next to The Minerdome) is open Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and you can join a group of friendly indoor walkers and get your exercise in comfort.
Heartbeat Walking Group and Ballarat Badminton Association are collaborating to make safe, warm, indoor walking available to Ballarat residents, with the added plus of a cuppa after the walk. Walk at 10.00am. Canteen opens 10.30am.
Ok to just arrive and walk. Ask for Jean, Ross, or Anne. Free onsite parking at front of stadium.
