Learn the traditional way of Ricotta Making and Filled Pasta Making using Local Inglenook dairy with our Carboni's Chefs while having fun and of course a glass.... Followed by a sharing lunch!

Spend a fun Saturday meeting new friends while learning how to make amazing hand crafted Ravioli and Tortelli Pasta with our super talented Chef.

Class is followed by a 3 course sharing banquet lunch featuring Antipasti, fresh Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli and Dessert.
