We begin with a grounding guided meditation, gently easing you into presence, before you're bathed in the soothing tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, shamanic drum, rattles, and chakra chimes — a symphony of ancient instruments working in harmony to release stress, clear the mind, and restore your natural rhythm.Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in — mats are provided for your comfort, please bring a pillow, warm blanket, and a heart open to receiving. Herbal tea is supplied at the end of the session.
