Smoke on the Bricks: Taste of Baldwin City

Sizzle and sear, the 7th annual Smoke on the Bricks is here! Brought to you by Loyd Builders, join us August 8-9 for a weekend you won’t forget. With grill-icious flavors and a smoking hot competition, it's a rib-tide of flavor! This Kansas City Barbecue Society-sanctioned competition is a qualifying event for the American Royal World Series of Barbecue and the Jack Daniels 2025 World Championship.

We're kicking things off Friday, August 8, with our traditional Taste of Baldwin City. Purchase your BBQ Bucks from BCRC and sample the best BBQ around. For entertainment, we've got the Smokin J's from 6:00PM-7:30PM, followed by our headliner, The Zeros! Grab a drink (and plenty of napkins!) and sit back to enjoy the show.
