9:45am - doors open to the public
10:00am-10:45am - warm-up/yoga
10:45am-11:00am - opening circle & intention setting
11:00am-12:30pm - Ecstatic Dance
12:30pm-12:45pm - wind-down/meditation
12:45pm-1:00pm - closing circle & community announcements

Ecstatic Dance Agreements:
* No Talking on the Dance Floor
* Don't show up drunk or drugged
* No Shoes on the Dance Floor
* Respect the Space - No Photos/Videos/Scents
* Enjoy your Journey - May it be Medicinal !
