Renewal: A 5Rhythms Waves Class with Henya Emmer - Extended 3 Hour Class + Sound Bath!

Henya Emmer brings her radiant NYC essence to the teacher’s table on Sat. 5/10. This 3-hour deep dive will be a journey into movement, presence, and transformation, as we continue to dance with the blossoming and unfolding of the spring.

Henya will be joined by our dear friend Alex Kurowski, Reiki Master and sound healer, who will close our time together with a nourishing sound bath that will take us deep into relaxation and stillness.
