Halcyon Listening Room is the third full-length album from pianist, composer, and producer Julian Hartwell, featuring an epic collaboration with sound healer Kirk “Evolvlove” Jones. A project almost five years in the making, the album synergistically fuses Hartwell’s piano and production skills with Evolvlove’s vast arsenal of sonic healing tools such as crystal and bronze bowls, gongs, flutes, percussion, tuning forks, and more, as well as nature ambiences and prayer, intention & personal power. Together they have crafted a unique musical experience which might best be described without exaggeration as a "hyper-dimensional sonic immersion," with the intention to guide the listener through various states of consciousness and ultimately, encourage a meditative healing experience.
Far-and-above the typical traditional meditation or new-age genre that can just as easily become background music, the sound journey of Halcyon Listening Room demands deep listening and active participation, even when producing states of deep relaxation.

7 PM - Julian will guide a light qigong intro warm-up/flow to heighten energy sensitivity and encourage the art of dynamic listening.. including an invitation to the audience to add any silent or spoken intentions to the “room” as well
