Group Ecotherapy Walks - Fridays 4:30PM (9/12-10/10)

Ecotherapy Groups take place seasonally for 5-weekly (9/12-10/10) Sessions with a general focus on using nature as a tool for Self-Regulation.

Each meeting includes:

10-minute opening circle,
45~minute* nature walk,
5-minute closing circle.

*NOTE* *Session times will vary between 60-90 minutes depending on the group’s pace.

We meet in Historic Rittenhouse Town at the Paper Trail Bike Cafe.

which will occur September 12th - October 10th at 4:30PM.

Individual Sessions are $30 (Preregistration is requiredby 9/11)

Once you fill out your information via https://www.middlepathwellness.org/calendar/2025/3/28/group-ecotherapy-walks, you will receive intake forms. Groups are limited to 8 participants per season. Participants who commit to full series will be given priority. Waitlisted members will be informed when slots open up.
