Hey ya'll! This week's DJ and soundbath facilitator is Nash Atkins from Western Mass. He's a gem of a musician, facilitator and overall human, bringing a deep presence to the space.

Nash has been facilitating sound baths, DJing and playing live music for ecstatic dances, contact improv, and in various ceremonial settings full time for a decade. He's worth checking out!

We will begin with a guided breathwork class (45 minutes) set to a live sound bath—designed to release tension, clear stuck energy, and feel emotions under the surface — ultimately reconnecting to essence and lightness.
From there, we’ll transition into an extended sound journey with Nash and myself, aiming to curate an immersive sonic landscape by layering a wide array of instruments including:
Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls
Handpan & Monochord
Gongs, Tuning forks, & Didgeridoo
Flute & Drums
Electric guitar, chimes, bells, and more
The breathwork portion will open with a yogic kriya and guided meditation, shifting into a 35-minute deep 2-part active breathing concluding with passive breathing.
During the breathwork Nash will be playing chimes, tuning forks, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, and gong.
From there, the sound journey continues into deeper spaces of rest and recalibration, openness and surrender, insight and curiosity, and ethereal spaces.
Nash Bio:
Nash Atkins, founder of the sound journey and healing practice “The Deeper Song” in 2018, lives his life to share the power and magic of sound with others. Nash has been studying and performing music since the age of seven and now (33) has become proficient at many instruments and mastered several. From the well of Cosmic Love, Nash connects intuitively with each person’s (and the group’s) soul frequency to release trapped trauma, pain, and emotions and renew everyone's contact with limitless joy and creativity through vibrational attunement.
