For our next walk, we’ll be heading out for a scenic walk to Curbar Edge, one of the Peak District’s most striking gritstone escarpments. The route offers wide, open views across the Derwent Valley and beyond, with dramatic cliffs, moorland, and a mix of woodland paths. Along the way, we’ll take in fresh air, enjoy the changing landscapes, and pause to appreciate the panoramic views from the edge. It’s a steady walk with some uneven ground, but well worth the effort for the scenery and sense of space.
