� Vinyasa yoga practice - mindfully created, with the seasons in mind - suitable for all abilities - breathwork and meditation - all equipment provided

� A fabulous brunch prepared by @dubcater - plenty of vegan options, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients

� Blue Lotus Tea Ceromony - the benefits of blue lotus are many, aids relaxation, clarity of thought, reduces inflammation, and increases libido � - plus much more

� Yoga Nidra and Soundbath

� We'll also be taking a walk to the nearby Arbor Low, a prehistoric stone circle. Weather permitting, there may be an opportunity to take a dip beneath a stunning local waterfall
