Angry Theater: Acting Out Emotions & Learning to Cope

A creative and powerful group where we use acting to explore emotions, practice coping skills, and find new ways to handle anger and conflict. Each week, we’ll act out scenes that reflect real-life challenges, then reflect and discuss takeaways in a supportive setting. We meet weekly starting July 18th at 5pm.

This group is for anyone looking to manage anger through role-play, creative expression, and group insight. No acting experience required—just an open mind and a willingness to participate.

• Want new tools for self-control and communication
• Are curious about combining creativity and emotional growth

• Drop-in: $40 per session Cash/Card: $40 per session (you can come in person up to a week before the event and pay in person.)
