Yoga on the Golf Course

Start your morning with breath, movement, and summer's cool morning breeze. We will meet as a group in the Quail Ridge Golf Course parking lot at 6:30 AM and walk to our to our practice location (Tee Box 13) together. Class will begin at 6:45 AM and end by 7:45 AM. Bathrooms will be open after 7 AM. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sunglasses—make sure to wear your sunscreen! This is an all-levels friendly Vinyasa yoga class done without props. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN UP ONLINE TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT. This helps me know how many people to expect and wait for in the parking lot. Thank you for understanding.
