About the event

Percussion, Conversation, Degustation
Percussion, Conversation, Degustation is an innovative project by Speak Percussion, featuring trailblazing percussionist and women's equity activist Duré Dara OAM.

It's not just a concert; it's a multi-sensory experience that combines improvised music, engaging storytelling, and locally sourced food. This is designed as a "made-to-order" event, structured like a menu with "courses" of improvised music, stories, and local food bites.

Students from Bairnsdale Secondary College will be participating in the project and local artist, Deirdre Jack will be painting live in response to the musical performance.
