Dental Health Week Storytime @ Schoolworks

Join us for a very special Storytime for Dental Health Week!....We have a special guest joining us, Oral Health Therapist Joanna Ding will be coming along to talk to the children about tooth care. We have some special activities on too, including a sing-a-long to the Wiggles 'Brush Your Teeth' song, make your own tooth fairy door hanger.

Karyn will also be reading from the Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) shortlisted book of the year, Early Childhood category 'Everything YouEver Wanted to Know About the Tooth Fairy' by Briony Stewart. Find out what is inside a tooth fairy's house and where they live. Plus fun facts about teeth. We will also read 'Maisy Goes to the Dentist' by Lucy Cousins.

Everyone is welcome! This is a free event provided by Schoolworks to support children's literacy. Our storytime reader, Karyn is a volunteer and without her support we wouldn't be able to host these fantastic weekly sessions.

Our cafe is open for coffee, toasties, cakes etc. please order at the counter and we will bring your order through. All storytime participants save 20% off full RRP for children's books during and after storytime.
