AGM Agenda:

• Review and approval of minutes from the 2023/24 AGM
• Presentation of the 2024/25 Annual Report and Financials
• Election of Office Bearers: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Members
• Confirmation of Membership Fees for 2025/26

Think Tank Session:

After the formal AGM, we invite you to help shape our direction. We'll reflect on the work Gippsland Agricultural Group has delivered over the past three years, and most importantly, we want to hear from you.

What do you want to see at the Gippsland Research Farm in the next 3 years and what on-farm trials and extension activities will help you unlock productivity?

We’ll explore ideas across:

• Soil health and management
• Pasture systems
• Grain and fodder innovation
• Livestock productivity
• A Healthy Farming Community
