Stage Daito ryu Aiki jujutsu d'Okamoto Makoto shihan, pour la première fois en Europe.
Ce stage s’adresse aux pratiquants de budo, arts martiaux et self défense (par exemple aïkido, judo, tae kwon do, systema…), et de techniques corporelles comme le shiatsu, butoh, danse contact… et toutes pratiques utilisant une notion de connexion.
Le stage introduira et reposera sur des techniques de mirroring, de contrepoids, de cadre, de transmission des appuis, et des notions d’anatomie, en particulier des articulations de la main et du bras. Vous apprendrez à la fois à développer une connexion fondée sur le partage d’appuis dans un cadre commun, et l’utilisation de cette connexion en rupture pour déstabiliser les appuis de votre partenaire.

Daito ryu / Aiki jujutsu worskshop by Okamoto Makoto shihan, for the first time in Europe.
This workshop is for anyone practicing martial arts, budo, self defense (like aikido, judo, tae kwon do, systema…), or embodied techniques like shiatsu, butoh, contact improv… any practice relying on connection.
It will introduce and build on techniques of mirroring, counterbalance, frame, transmission of ground push, and notions of anatomy, particularly joints of the hand and arm. You will learn to develop a connection based on sharing ground support in a shared frame, and the use of this connection at breakdown point to destabilise the supports of your partner.
